Just over a month after crypto exchange FTX went bankrupt, Ryan Pinder, the Attorney General of the Bahamas, announced the arrest of its founder and former CEO, Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF).
According to one report, the arrest came after the US government notified the Bahamas of criminal charges against Bankman-Fried and said it would likely seek his extradition to the country where he lived and which had served as a base of operations for FTX. .
