  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or honey
  • PB & J
  • 2 slices sourdough, toasted
  • Almond butter
  • Current strawberries, sliced
  • Flaked almonds (non-compulsory)


  • Region the berries in a puny saucepan with the water, chia seeds and coconut sugar over medium warmth. Chase till a thick jam consistency.
