The co-star of Black Panther, Michael B Jordan, had shared a tribute post for the late actor, in which he is seen praising his acting skills. It is noteworthy that Boseman has clinched four nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Awards posthumously for his roles in Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and Da 5 Bloods.
Jordan had shared stills of Boseman on his social media page and captioned it as “4, still setting the bar higher. Miss you big homie”. Chadwick had played the titular role of T’Challa or Black Panther in the MCU movie and died on August 28, 2020. He died after a long battle of 4 years with Colon Cancer. He was only 42. He did not let the public know his health condition before his death, not even to his close friends.
The magical actor was also known for playing Jackie Robinson in 42, who was an American Soldier by the name Norman in Da 5 Bloods, James Brown in Get On Up and Thurgood Marshall in Marshall, and so on. His co-star Michael B Jordan, played the role of Erik Killmonger in Black Panther, who was the film’s main villain and who wanted to dethrone Chadwick’s T’Challa.
