Philips Hue gets a new Tap dial switch, customizable track lighting and more

Signify just announced a new Philips Hue Tap rotary switch, portable Hue Go lamp and fully customizable track lighting in a series of smart lighting updates today.

The Hue Tap rotary knob (€49/$49) is available in matte black or white and adjusts the lighting with a twist of the knob. The faster you turn it, the faster your lights will get brighter or darker. It features four buttons that can control scenes in up to three rooms or zones in the home. Thanks to the magnetic base, the Tap rotary knob can be used as a remote control.

The Philips Hue Perifo rail lighting is made of separate rails that allow you to choose the length of the rail yourself. It can be mounted on the wall or ceiling, connected to internal wiring or a standard outlet, and equipped with your choice of Hue spots, pendant lights, beams and tubes.
