Rajasthan Political Crisis: Deputy CM Sachin Pilot rebels, claims support of 30 Congress MLAs
Even before political fiasco in Madhya Pradesh settled, Sachin Pilot has declared open rebellion claiming to have support of 30 Congress and some independent MLAs. Meanwhile Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot has alleged the BJP of conspiring to topple his government by indulging in horse-trading which has been denied by BJP consistently.
Ashok Gehlot blamed BJP of horse-trading and offering MLAs up to Rs 15 crore.
Mr Pilot is expected to meet BJP chief JP Nadda today, sources said. This is a huge sign of unrest within Congress. Pilot may be next to exit after his close friend Jyotiraditya Scindia. Sachin, Jyotiraditya and Rahul Gandhi are known to be good friends.
All is not well within Congress party and we have seen results in Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Goa earlier.
Earlier Jyotiraditya Scindia tweeted in favor of Sachin pilot “Sad to see my erstwhile colleague, @SachinPilot too, being sidelined and persecuted by Rajasthan CM, @ashokgehlot51 . Shows that talent and capability find little credence in the @INCIndia “.
After this tweet, political pundits started speculation of Sachin Pilot Joining BJP.
