Red Dragon is one of those movies which is not remembered that much in the Hannibal Lecter saga.
Well, there is no denying the fact that when it comes to horror flicks, the Hannibal series and the Silence of the Lambs totally steal the show. And the Red Dragon of 2002 is not really remembered that much. There is good news for the fans of horror movies.
It was added to the platform at the start of the month, and has been widely appreciated by the movie mongers. It currently sits at position of number 10, when it comes to the list of most-watched films.
This is the last time that Sir Anthony Hopkins was featured in the movie. The role was played for the first time by Brian Cox for the first time in 1986’s Manhunter. As matter of fact, this was also an adaptation of the famous novel Red Dragon by Thomas Harris.
The story revolves around an FBI agent Will Graham to collaborate with Lecter for bringing down a serial killer known to be “The Tooth Fairy.” The cast includes Mary-Louise Parker, Emily Watson, Harvey Keitel, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman in supporting roles.
