Hollywood star Steve Martin has announced that he has taken his first shot of Covid Vaccine and here is what he had to say about his experience. He took to his social media account and shared his experience. The actor-comedian on his twitter pot has said that he was doing fine and that he did not have any side effects till then.
He also informed that he waited in person at the Javits Centre to get vaccinated. On Sunday night he wrote on his Twitter handle that there was good news that he got vaccinated for Covid-19 and also a piece of bad news that he got vaccinated because he was 75.
He said his experience of getting the vaccine was as smooth as silk. He also praised the US Army and National Guard for their perfect hosting. When a fan said they could not get the vaccination done for her 83-year-old mother in law who lived in Newyork, he replied that he had applied online through some government website and also waited in line at the Javits Centre to get vaccinated.
This is not the first time when Martin has tweeted about the pandemic. In September he had joked that fans could still recognize him in the mask, as he wore a giant “Steve Martin” sign on his head which had an arrow pointing down at him. While posting a tweet he said that he got this as a solution to the anxiousness he faced when he wore a mask.
Currently, Martin is filming his upcoming series “Only Murders in the Building”.
