Sticky Chilli Lime Prawns

- 500g prawns, peeled & deveined
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup honey
- Zest & juice 1 lime
