The star Danny Masterson, known for his roles in the sitcoms “That ’70s Show” and “The Ranch,” has been charged with raping three women in the previous 2000s, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office said. Masterson is charged as he had raped a 23-year-old woman whom he had greeting to his home in Hollywood Hills rhythmically in two between October and December of 2003, the commune attorney’s agents said in a news release.
He is also charged with raping a 28-year-old woman that same year as well as a 23-year-old woman in 2001. All of the accusations of rape appears in the actor’s home, the news release said. Masterson, 44, was allegation with three counts of rape by force or fear and faces a top sentence of 45 years to life in prison if condemn.
In a statement, Masterson’s lawyer, Tom Mesereau, said that the actor is legitimate and that Masterson and his wife are in “complete shock” that the “nearly 20-year-old accusation” has appeared in charges. The press freed from District Attorney’s Office said the officers to charge sexual attack against Masterson in two other cases, “One for imperfect proof and the other located upon the statute of restriction for the crime alleged.”
