The relationship between Tamar Braxton and WeTV has come to harsh closure. On Friday, a statement was issued by the network in this regard, which was obtained by Fox News, said that they would “work with her representatives to honor her request to end all future work for the network.”
For the very first time, Braxton opens up about her mental health issues on Thursday after reports were out about here being hospitalized earlier this month after being found out unconscious in a hotel room. At that time, many outlets reported that she was found unresponsive by her boyfriend on the night of 16th July in Los Angeles at Ritz-Carlton. Reps did not respond to the earlier request from Fox News for commenting for Braxton.
The reality star took to Instagram on Thursday and shared her photograph with her son along with a lone statement.
A statement on social media by the All the way home singer, 43, has disclosed that she “wrote a letter over two months ago asking to be freed from what I believed was excessive and unfair.” She also added that she was experiencing demise and how “cry for help went totally ignored.”
On Friday, WeTV issued a statement to Fox News in which they said they are respecting Braxton’s wishes to move on from their ten-year-long relationships.
The network said, “Tamar Braxton has been an important part of our network family for more than a decade.” They further added, “As she focuses on her health and recovery at what is clearly a difficult and personal time, we will work with her representatives to honor her request to end all future work for the network. We wish her nothing but the best.”
For the Grammy-nominated singer, the network has been her home for reality series Braxton Family Values for the last six seasons, and she also has another project on board titled Get Ya Life.
According to Variety, Braxton will be seen in few episodes of Braxton Family Values season seven, as the production of the season started before the Braxton’s “attempt to end my pain and my life.” The show has been telecasted since the year 2011, which stars Braxton’s sisters Toni, Traci, Trina, and Towanda, along with their mother, Evelyn.
Plenty of time in public’s eye has spent by Braxton and her family, which includes R&B star Toni and this all because of her engagements on television, including the reality shows Celebrity Big Brother and Braxton Family Values. Besides this, she also co-hosted the show The Real for three seasons.
