The criminal complaint states that Ergul and Brannon allegedly ignited and threw a Molotov cocktail at the entrance of the Planned Parenthood clinic in the early hours of March 13, 2022.

Security footage captured two individuals wearing hooded sweatshirts and masks approaching the clinic and hurling the flaming device at the front door, causing damage to the entrance and adjacent wall.

The estimated damage to the clinic amounted to $1,050, and approximately 30 patient appointments had to be rescheduled as a result of the attack.
