Substances

  • Cookie Crumb Granola
  • 85g almonds
  • 60g pepitas
  • 30g shredded coconut
  • 8 Leda Golden Crunch Cookies
  • Smoothie
  • 1 banana, sliced & frozen
  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • 200g frozen açaí purée, a minute bit thawed
  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup apple juice
  • Contemporary berries, sliced banana and chia seeds, to high

Formulation


  • Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  • Unfold the almonds, pepitas and shredded coconut in a single layer on a baking tray and toast for five–10 mins, or till a minute bit browned.
  • Enable to cool then transfer to a meals processor.
  • Add the Golden Crunch Cookies and pulse to make a hideous crumb. Switch to an airtight jar or container to store.
  • Blueprint the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, açaí purée, coconut yoghurt and half of the apple juice into a blender or meals processor. Mix till soft, along with the final apple juice as required.
  • Divide the smoothie mixture into two bowls, high with cookie crumb granola and garnish with current toppings to motivate.
