Apple Online Store will go Live in India on September 23, expect ‘Full Suite of Products’

Apple is planning to launch its online store in India with its ‘full suite’ of products with direct customer support. It also includes product customizations, packaging and counselling sessions for customers, as said by Apple’s senior vice-president of Retail+ People, Deride O’ Brien to the news agency.

Apple’s tied with the logistics company ‘Blue Dart’ and has promised free delivery within 2-3 days from the date of the order depending on the distance of the site. Right now the company had planned to deliver to 13000 PIN codes throughout India, but the exact numbers can get affected due to the pandemic situation and local lockdowns announcements.

The delivery will be in a non-contact mode. O’ Brien added that Apple has been working in India for quite some time now, and so it is confident of having a good understanding of business in the country. In India, online support will be available in English and telephonic support, both in Hindi and English.
