The highest court of India, the honorary Supreme Court, ordered that CBI investigate the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Supreme Court has ordered Mumbai police to hand over all the evidence to the CBI. It’s a big win for the late actor’s family, Bihar police, and all his fans who have been demanding the CBI probe.
Justice Hrishikesh Roy preceded over the single-judge bench and pronounced the judgment. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has also registered a case against Rhea Chakraborty and three members of her family members including her father and brother. ED has been investigating the financial dealings between the late “Dhoni” actor and Rhea.
Sushant Singh Rajput who was 34 was found hanging in his Mumbai apartment on June 14.
