Guwahati: The last two quarterfinals of the FIFA The 2022 World Cup is scheduled for Saturday, December 10.
As the field shrinks and the World Cup trophy draws ever closer, Morocco will take on Portugal in the third quarter-final at the Al Thumama stadium on Saturday. While Morocco produced one of their biggest upsets in the Round of 16 by beating Spain in the penalty shootout, Portugal pulled off a 6-1 victory over Switzerland to set up an unexpected and thrilling quarter-final at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
In the last quarter-final, two European football acquisitions England and France will compete against each other on Saturday evening at the Al Bayt Stadium. While England booked their quarter-final spot by beating Senegal 3–0 on 4 December, the defending champions also qualified by winning 3–1 against Poland on the same night.
