Harry Brant, son of the supermodel Stephanie Seymour and a high profile businessman Peter Brant, died at the age of 24. He was a budding socialite, and died on Sunday due to an accidental overdose, as per the reports.
His family has issued a statement saying that they will be forever be saddened by the fact that their son’s life was cut short due to a devastating disease. Though the socialite had achieved a lot in a short life span of 24 years, they would never get to know what more Harry could have achieved.
Harry was said to have struggled with addiction for many years. The family statement described him as a wonderful brother, loving grandson, favorite uncle, and a very caring friend. The statement read that he was a creative, loving, and powerful soul who had brought light into so many people’s lives. He was a beautiful person inside out.
He was a model, who had appeared on the Italian Vogue and Balmain Campaigns. He had along with his brother, Mac, also released a unisex makeup line. He had as a teenager wrote for Interview magazine, which was owned by his father.
It is noteworthy that Peter’s son, from his previous marriage, Ryan Brant died in 2019 at the age of 49.
