Los Angeles played from ahead in Game 2 as they led Phoenix Suns on Tuesday Night. In the end, even after a run in the fourth quarter and taking a lead, the Lakers did their job well being on the defensive side and scored 109-102 to even the series by 1-1.
Anthony Davis whose performance was not overwhelming in Game 1 but in game 2 he was a monster playing for Los Angeles he alone scored 34 points, seven assists, 10 rebounds, and blocked 2 shots. Probably, all the criticism that was done in Game 1 for him worked in his favor in game 2. And for the Suns, it was Cameron Payne who scored 19 points and also 7 assists to Deandre Ayton and Devin Booker, which helped.
While he had a rather underwhelming performance in Game 1, Anthony Davis was a monster for Los Angeles in Game 2 as he dominated Phoenix to the tune of 34 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, and three blocked shots which kept Phoenix dominating in the second half. But, in the end, all their efforts fell short to defeat the defending champions, the Lakers.
